Audio-Visual Equipment
AV equipment we will have available is finalized.
►32" LCD monitors (VGA cables included)
► DVD players
► Monitor has with attached speakers
Bring your own, if possible:
► A laptop, with Powerpoint or other software for presentations
► Mac users, bring an applicable adaptor.
► At your own expense, you may make arrangements with the hotel for any special audio-visual equipment that the PCA/ACA does not supply (but be advised that equipment rental is costly).
