Professional Development

Primary tabs

Call for papers:

The Professional Development area of the PCA seeks proposals for presentations addressing the skills and knowledge for both personal and professional development related to your career. Professional development sessions support many types of topics, such as: formal pedagogical methods, publishing research and scholarship, interviewing, how to be successful in the workplace, how to have work accepted at conferences, working inside and outside the academy, and mentoring opportunities. There are a variety of approaches to professional development sessions, including roundtable discussions, panels, formal lectures, and multi-media.

Please see pcaaca.org for specific information about conference deadlines, how to submit, and conference registration.
