2021 National Conference

We’re Going Virtual!

Due to the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic and restrictions on travel, our 2021 conference will now be held in an entirely virtual format.

 

Registration Costs 

Presenter and Non-Presenter: $95

Membership is required to register for the 2021 conference. 

 

Day Passes

Non-member day pass rate will be announced soon. 

All presenters and their guests are subject to the  PCA Code of Conduct

 

Conference Access

Information on accessing the platform will be available closer to the conference date. 

 

Registration Credit

If you have a registration credit from the cancelled 2020 conference, staff will register you manually after you (1) pay your membership, (2) submit a proposal, and (3) receive confirmation that your proposal has been accepted.  Please expect your registration to be confirmed 2-3 weeks after your acceptance. If you wish to use your credit as an attendee and not as a presenter, please contact execdir@pcaaca.org.  

 

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I already paid for 2021 registration?

People who have already paid 2021 conference fees through the registration system prior to January 5, 2021 will be partially refunded via original form of payment for the difference between the previous early bird fee ($175) and the current virtual conference fee ($95). Please allow at least eight weeks for refunds to be processed. Remember that membership fees are non-refundable.

 

What if I reserved a hotel room?

Please contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation. PCA is not responsible for cancellation fees.

Virtual Conference

 

All presenters must be current, paid members of the PCA and registered for the conference. Non-presenters who attend the full conference must also pay membership fees.  

Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Full or partial refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:
Requested by Feb 1: 100% refund
Requested by Feb 7: 75% refund
Requested by Feb 14: 50% refund
Requested by Feb. 21: 25% refund
After Feb. 28: 0% refund

Membership fees are non-refundable.
