Register for the 2023 Conference
Thank you for joining us April 5-8, 2023!
Important Registration Information
- All presenters and attendees must pay the membership fee and the registration fee to attend.
- Although the fee is the same for presenters and non-presenters, please wait until your submission is approved to register. This will determine your status as presenter or non-presenter on your registration confirmation. If your institution is paying for your registration, it is important that your registration reflects your status correctly. We cannot change your invoice if you do not register correctly.
- You may register people other than yourself in this process, given that the other registrants have an account on the site. If the person does not yet have a membership, the system will prompt you to choose and pay for the membership.
- Regular Registration ($200.00) runs through January 19, 2023. After January 19th, presenter registration increases to $225. ALL PRESENTERS MUST BE REGISTERED BY February 1, 2023.
non-presenter Passes
If you are registering yourself and a guest, you must first register yourself. Then, you be prompted to enter your guests email address to register them. Your guest must have a PCA account.
The non-presenter registration rate is $225 and runs through March 17, 2023.
Grants and Financial Assistance
Applications for the 2023 travel grants are now open.
Refunds
No refunds will be given after February 2, 2023. Membership fees are nonrefundable.
