Conference Presenter Registration Rates:

• Early Bird (until December 31, 2025): $250
• Regular (until February 15, 2026): $290
• Late (after February 15, 2026): $325

Please note: Presenters must register by February 15, 2026, or they will be removed from the program.

Conference Guest/Non-Presenter Registration Rates:

• Daily Pass: $65 per day
• Full Conference Pass (all four days): $195

Refund Policy:

• Cancel in writing by December 31, 2025, for a 75% refund (issued after the conference).
• Cancel between January 1, 2026, and February 15, 2026, for a 50% refund (issued after the conference).
